The reaction vessel / Agitators are used for mixing, blending various types of liquids, semi – liquids.
Capacity:
The reaction vessels are available in sizes ranging from 100 Ltrs. to 20,000 Ltrs. as per customer requirements.
Material of Construction:
All the contact parts will be fabricated out of Stainless Steel 304 / 316 grade material & Non contact out of stainless steel / Mild Steel with Enamel or Epoxy painting. The GMP models can also be fabricated as per customer requirements.
Construction:
The agitators are cylindrical vertical in shape with both side dish ends, plain or open type top cover.
The vessel will be provided with necessary nozzles, Stirrers in various shapes as per product requirements along with drive system consisting of motor, and gear box.
The vessel can be provided with heating / cooling Jacket or limpet coils. The jacket will be fabricated in Stainless Steel / Mild Steel material as per product and customer requirements. The jacket will be insulated with insulating material.
