Jacketed Kettle

General:

The machine is used for removing the excess water from the fruit pulps. The kettle is 2/3 jacketed to get efficient heating of the product. The heating is achieved by steam or heating thermal fluid oil by means of electric heaters. The kettle is fitted with anchor type stirrer & driven by motor and gear box.

Capacity: The kettle is available in the range from 50 Litres. to 500 Litres.
